MINDZERO, Mount Pleasant’s newest sauna and cold plunge wellness studio, officially opens its doors on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre! After the success of the business’s first location in Myrtle Beach, MINDZERO is excited to provide accessible and inclusive group sessions that elevate members’ energy, focus and overall well-being at its new location in the Lowcountry. MINDZERO will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official grand opening of its second facility at 2 p.m. on Dec. 10. 

“We’re excited to officially welcome MINDZERO to Mount Pleasant Towne Centre this December and broaden our wellness offerings for visitors,” shares Kathi Herrmann, marketing director of Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. 

MINDZERO offers the ultimate mind-body experience by using hormetic stress conditioning, which involves exposing the body to short-term stress to help reduce chronic long-term stress. In each 50-minute session, clients will alternate between a 200-degree sauna and a 52-54-degree cold plunge while incorporating guided focus and breathing techniques.
