Join us every Wednesday in April for our Spring SWEAT Series with Athleta.  This free event series is designed to help you rejuvenate your body and mind as we embrace the fresh energy of spring. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, our sessions cater to all levels.

    • April 2 | Whitney Haas of Body20 | Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    • April 9 | Laura Schurlknight of Lowcountry Yoga | Move: Slow + Comfortable Vinyasa Flow
    • April 16 | Gillian Zettler of The Drop In | Mat Class: expect a cathartic, fluid experience with repetitious movement, bursts of cardio, and sculpting work
    • April 23 | Cassandra Bakke of Powerglow Yoga | Vinyasa Flow
    • April 30 | Kim Markin of Modern Minds | Power Vinyasa
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
