Malika, which refers to "Queen" in Urdu language, offers soulful Pakistani street food celebrating the exotic flavors Charleston has come to love through Ma'am Saab! Chef Maryam is bringing a taste of Pakistani culture and cuisine to the Lowcountry.

Street food is an essential part of everyday life in Pakistan. Maryam's fondest memories include going out with family and friends and visiting streetside cafe's (dhabas) enjoying chaats and biryanis. Malika was created to deliver the flavors, sights and sounds from her childhood.
